Airship Customer Success Manager interview questions

My initial interview was with a Regional Manager and went really well and I was put through to the next stage which was a presentation on a client QBR on any previous company I worked at. The presentation went very well however when I received feedback from the recruiter I was advised that I would not be put through to the next stage as I did not have relevant experience in the industry the business was in!!! The feedback was a load of rubbish, why put me through to the 2nd stage when you already knew this! Stop wasting peoples time and be clear from the beginning!
