I had a phone call interview which was really straightforward. Meet with 2 people from the company via zoom and then had a case study to do. They liked the case study but ghosted soon after. They even sent me an invite to schedule another invite but have since sent follow-ups and haven’t heard a single thing. Very disappointed because they seemed like a good company and I was genuinely interested in the position. Clarity on the standing of the application even if it was a rejection would have been nice.
