There was an initial interview with a recruiter. This part of the process felt very standard. The recruiter was pleasant, asked expected "get to know you" questions, and said they embraced transparency. However, everything after this was negative. The recruited claimed they would follow up within a couple days to provide additional information and provide a general process update. I sent a brief thank you email the next day, and then a reminder ping about a week later. The recruiter ignore both forms of outreach and completely ghosted on any follow up. This is extremely unprofessional, and very disappointing from a company that has been around for a while.
