I am appalled at how this company can tolerate such unprofessional people working to recruit folks into the org. Received an invite from the recruiter for an initial screen. Recruiter then stood me up for the initial screen and subsequently rescheduled the interview at a time that didn't work for me (she did not check for my availability before hand - extremely unprofessional and amateur). Then when the actual screen took place she turned off her video claiming "bandwidth issues" and was robotic/unwelcoming throughout the conversation. If this is the initial face of the company it will have major problems recruiting top talent.
