I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Airship in Aug 2019
Interview
Not much to describe here. I simply wanted to provide negative feedback. I applied online and had a phone interview quickly after filling out the application. The interviewer/recruiter wanted to proceed with the interview process and have me interview with the newly hired department manager. The interviewer/recruiter at Airship then provided a link to set up the next interview.
However, my next interview was never confirmed and the recruiter stopped responding to emails. I did receive an email three weeks later informing me that they had hired a new department manager and another response a month after that letting me know that they had filled my position, but a second position might be available.
This company or their HR/Hiring department seems to not have everything in order. They should probably get the mangers set up first before thinking of hiring the employees under management.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Airship (London, England)
Interview
I was first contacted by a recruiter working with Urban Airship. The process was extremely quick and I was on the phone with the hiring manager the same week. The same day I was sent a Technical Test to complete before I can advance onto the next stage. The following week I was brought in for an interview with the team and I was asked standard questions all related to the role. The following day I had another interview with the Director of Technical Support who was trying to gauge my desire for working with this company and to see if I'd be a good fit.
Overall the process was extremely quick, with a total of 4 interviews which includes a technical test.
