Got in via a referral after attending bunch of their networking events in SF. Very good recruiter screening, I could tell she didnt understand the role in detail but asked good questions, still. That followed by a great call with the hiring manager, during which I was told they’re moving me to the next interview. Another interview with a senior team member which was seamless, he too was verbally expressing how he looks forward to speaking to me soon. At this point, I have my hopes high, but the recruiter’s responses become slow and forced, no communication until I reached out multiple times asking for an update. I asked for a quick call to temperature check, she told me they weren't moving forward and gave me the most bizarre response blaming my experiences that don't exist in my Resume. Almost sounded like random excuses they made up on the spot. Overall good people, good energy, although, I would question if they have clarity on what they’re looking for before they post a job opening.
