This is by far the worst interview experience I've ever had in my career. All of the calls were over zoom. I had an initial call with the recruiter and he spent 15 minutes talking about how great the company is. I'm certain he's aware of the bad rep the company has so he's trying to sell. He commented how the company had way lower attrition than the industry (what? how do you even prove that?). Also, he said the company never focused on culture while it's growing fast so that's a priority now. He went on to talk about what the company is working on for 10 minutes and you can tell his eyes were looking at the notes on the screen lol. Next was arrangement w/ several calls with different people in the company. The coordinator went on and booked times without checking on my availability and the reason was these ppl are busy. WTF? The next several meetings were with ppl who's been with the company for a while and so they probably had a lot of equity vested but they seemed very arrogant. I read a lot of the reviews here and I can attest they are consistent with what I experienced. This company doesn't respect people and I would stay away if possible. Good luck.
