I applied online and had the initial Zoom meeting with the recruiter the same week. I met with the content marketing manager in person for the second interview at their Sydney office. The interview questions were fair, and the manager was professional. They had told me that they would let me know the following week. However, I never heard anything from them for two weeks. After those two weeks, I received an email from the company's recruiter in Singapore (I had never met this person) stating that the recruiter I met had left the company and she was contacting me on her behalf. The whole process was normal until I was rejected by a recruiter based in the Singapore branch whom I had never met before.
