Tough process. Behavioural style questions were fine but second round had a management consultant type case question that doesn’t really align with the role.
Culture seems intense but the work seems interesting.
initial recruiter talked with me, then was passed to hiring manager for discussion. there is a framework but it deviates quite a lot from the original question so you need to be flexible with how the conversation is going
