I originally connected with Aisera through a recruiter who partners with their investor. Although I wasn’t looking, the growth potential of the product was so exciting I decided to have some conversations.
Shortly after, I connected with Aisera’s CFO and CEO.
Both of them were curious about the prior teams I have built, which roles I’ve helped place in the past, and my typical metrics.
I enjoyed the discussions and felt they were transparent with me about Aisera’s potential as well as the workload I would be managing if I came onboard.
When I met Muddu, I definitely felt I was meeting an expert product guy, who had a clear vision of where he sees the company heading. The team as a whole felt like people I would enjoy working with, and would be able to learn from - so I accepted the role.
The interviews were over quickly, and I felt we had to cover a lot in a short time period - but I was able to ask any clarifying questions before accepting the offer.
