Met 2 employees besides the hiring manager. Hiring manager had not done any due diligence on the salary for the senior role, wasted time and all employees shared how they had not seen their kids or participated in important family activities because of their job.

Approach, plan, and effective tactics to engage enterprise software buying committees. Asked about participating in events on lean budget. Felt like interview was used to learn where and how to drive successful marketing versus evaluating candidate skills and fit.
