I was contacted on LinkedIn and did a HR screening. I then withdrew from the interview process because of the unhinged reviews about the company on Glassdoor. A few weeks later, a recruiter called me saying they are trying to change the company culture and to please reconsider. I did the tech screening which seemed to go OK. I had to have my camera on while the interviewer would not turn on theirs. They asked basic questions about Kubernetes and CI/CD. A few days later I received a harsh email from HR saying I lacked basic technical skills, but “good luck in your job search :)”. It was unprofessional and did not seem warranted at all. I would recommend avoiding this company.
