I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aisera (Austin, TX) in Nov 2022
Interview
Absolutely terrible interview process! Never spoke with a recruiter but worked through a referral and other managers. First notice that the company had very little diversity in terms of ethnicity as well as gender. As a woman I noticed in the interviewed process the population of woman was less than 5% in the entire company. I revived a verbal offer than a potential written offer but then never received the docusign. After receiving a verbal offer the company completely ghosted me and I never heard from them again.
