I applied online. All meetings were online. HR Call: Classical HR talk. past experiences, background, salary expectation and etc. 2 Hiring Managers: Past experiences a little bit deeper. What technologies I used, how did you set up a new project from scratch and etc. Technical case: Classical frontend challenge. API call, data manipulation, rendering UI, implementing the test. It took 3 evenings(after work-6 PM) and about a weekend. It's a little bit long. I'll accept that. Technical interview: 2 engineers, manager, director. It was obvious they took their time to review the code. We did a little bit of code through. Then they ask some questions about the case they think the project lack. Then technical questions popped up. No live coding at any stage. It totally took 3 weeks. They were all friendly and nothing really pressure.
