The interview process took about a month altogether with all the stages and it was quite a nice process. The test assignment was interesting, though I should say that doing it properly does take quite some time. The interviewers were all interesting people to talk to and the recruiter was good at returning promptly all my questions

I applied online via their career website. Then, I was contacted by their recruiter it followed by a 30-minute meeting, discussing my experience and explaining the role. After this, I received a feedback email that they want to move forward, and the next step was an hour-long meeting with the hiring manager. Asking questions about my experience with more detail, technologies that I've worked with and so on. After this stage, I received an email containing a take-home assignment. They give a week to submit the solution. It's a website monitoring service that must be production-ready. It took around 30 hours to be completed. After submitting, they came back to me after a week, that they are gonna move forward with my application. Following with a 90-minute technical interview. The technical interview started with me explaining my decisions that I made in the take-home assignment, then it followed by asking questions about how it can be scaled. The second part of the interview focused on system design and K8S questions, such as what's the difference between ReplicaSet and StatefulSet, explain the K8S architecture, what to put behind HealthProbe and etc. After several days, I received an email that they won't continue with my application, and gave detailed feedback that was drafted professionally.
