Interview
The interview request was received one week after submitting the application. The scheduled interview was for one hour, but the interviewer joined 20 minutes late and requested to reschedule it for the next day.
On the rescheduled day, the experience felt unprofessional. Instead of asking relevant questions, the interviewer focused on pointing out missing skills, giving the impression that they were reviewing my CV for the first time during the interview. The conversation was brief and unstructured, lasting only 10-15 minutes, which added to the unprofessional experience.
