Aiven Director FP&A interview questions

The interview process is chaotic. First interviewed by TA. Was not interested in listening, interview took 20 minutes. Received invitation for second interview within two hours. Second interview was even more chaotic, unplanned questions did not fit the job description. Was not sure how to divide tasks between director role and VP role.
