Aiven Sales Development Representative interview questions

First interview with recruiter who reached out to me via email, all good. Second interview with team lead, all good, simple and clear. Third interview with a young supposedly hiring manager, with no time to stay on the call (lasting just something more than twenty minutes after her late show up), to listen to answers and to read written assignment answers, only going through them for a few seconds via screen share. Her feedback followed up soon after, via the recruiter, saying that I didn't work enough in the preparation of assignment, which though she didn't have time to listen to and read through .. Very disappointing experience, as expectations were much different for how Aiven intends to portray its company culture and - supposedly - fair and professional recruitment process.
