I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Ajinomoto (Ho Chi Minh City) in Jun 2023
Interview
Recruitment process is so complicated, I was informed that I passed initial interview, and I have a test and final interview leave. Company changed my test format (from online to offline) and delay my test by more than 2 weeks. I still waiting and prepare. Because I do not hear any other information, I call HR and they said that they need to consider more because managers are so busy. I am still waiting... After that, they say that I am not selected. And one of the reasons is I am not doing the test they even not call and email me directly, just talk to headhunter. Seriously? I feel no respect here. I hope that the company will respect candidates more because they spend time and effort to apply for that.
