Interview
Phone screen followed by 3 phone interviews. They do in-person interview but I was not able to go to the office, so they happily did phone calls. Screen was with University Recruiting, very positive and asked basic questions about skills and why I want to work there, etc. Phone interviews scheduled for 5 days later. All 3 were very nice, friendly: felt more like a conversation rather than a classic question-answer environment. Asked technical questions (Excel, stats experience, etc.) as well as behavioral/culture fit questions. Overall great experience throughout the process
