I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Akvelon

Ghosted twice, even after a final round interview.
I was contacted by a company recruiter for a direct hire TPM role. After passing the initial phone screen, I was brought in for an in-person interview. The first round with the hiring manager went great. The second round was conducted by one of the on-staff TPMs who I felt was fairly condescending and dismissive. Everything seemed promising and I was told that I would hear back regarding a final round with a senior manager that evening.
Despite several follow-up e-mails and a phone call to the recruiter, I got no response at all.

Question 1
In your current role, what are the three most important things you had to focus on?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Akvelon (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2018
Interview
The phone interview was hosted by the senior Lead Technical Recruiter. We both gained backgrounds about previous jobs experiences, personal traits and Akvelon employee expectations. A couple days later, I was scheduled for an interview at Microsoft Redmond campus. The 60 minutes interview was conducted by two hiring managers, lots of situational, behavioral and technical questions. The following day, I received a job offer letter contingent to a background check. Overall, the entire Akvelon employment process was smooth and a great experience: the application, interview and job placement only took 4 days to complete.
