Interview
I was contacted directly by the hiring manager who wanted me to come in for an interview very shortly after I applied online. We met at the office and talked for almost two hours and the overall discussion seemed to go very well. I was told next steps would be to meet with other current senior staff as part of the process would be that I should be evaluating whether this would be a good fit for me as well. I left the meeting feeling very positive.
I followed through with a couple of emails with the hiring manager over the next few weeks but got radio silence. I was totally at a loss as after what I thought was an extremely positive experience with the hiring manager for some reason ended up nothing like that at all. No feedback, no nothing. While I could have accepted a rejection, to have no response in my opinion especially after being told to expect next steps is unprofessional and where they state they are turning the organization around and wanting to make it a good place to work - this needs to start with these initial experiences with the company.

Interview
Fair, it was mostly general questions typical in an interview. It was with three staff and each took turns asking questions. Overall they were all friendly, receptive and honest of improvement being made.
