Initial phone screen by an internal recruiter, followed by an interview with the employee who would be my boss and then a series of interviews with senior employees on the device engineering side.
The first interview was high level technical stuff just to make sure I was generally qualified. The series of interviews were much more technical. I met with each person one-on-one and they each spent 45 minutes getting to know me and asking their choice of technical questions.
All was done remotely due to the pandemic.
I didn't get this role, but they realized that there was another role that needed to be filled and was offered Device Engineer II.
