The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Alarm.com in Jan 2016
Interview
The hr person was the best. It really shows that she really cares about talents. HR screen took like 30 min and already has some behavioral questions, not any regular HR screen. But I did not care and did not even notice the time because she was so energetic and really passionate about what she's doing. The phone interview with the software developer though was really boring. He was really dry and seem like he does not want to talk to people. He asked mostly about previous projects and behavioral, not on the technical side, which I thought he should have asked. I got an offer from a different company..
Initial Phone Screen followed by an online coding challenge. After the online coding challenge there was a live coding interview. Was told I got the job got sent a rejection email instead
