Alarm.com Global Operations & Logistics Manager interview questions

HR contacted me online about the role, to which I expressed interest. I had a phone screen with HR which went well, then I was scheduled to meet the hiring manager in for a one-on-one semi-formal interview at their offices. It was an interesting interview to say the least, some of the questions asked were very strange and gave off the impression that the hiring manager was interviewing for an IT / Technical role instead of Operations & Logistics perhaps it is because of their high-tech background. Before the interview was over, I knew the role would not be a right fit, there was absolutely no professional chemistry with the hiring manager. Having a seamless postive relationship with my manager ranks at the top 3 qualities I look for in a role.
