Alaska Airlines Reservation Agent interview questions

I submitted my application online and got an invitation to do a virtual interview online. Next, received an invitation to a group interview at a hotel near the airport. We saw a short video about Alaskan airlines and the job and then individual interviews happened,. Get there early, very early. They call you for your individual interview based on your arrival check-in time. I got there 30 minutes early and was in the last interview group. I waited 2 hrs 40 min until I had my first step interview. Next, got called to show I could book a reservation in the AS website and then was offered a position. Declined. Felt treated during entire interview that I was the desperate one to get a job and they were in the driver's seat. Why was I not even respected enough to have an individual interview. No respect shown in making me wait almost 3 hours to be interviewed. I thought these were red flags and we medicated how Inwould be treated as an employee.

I submitted my application and later was asked to submit a video interview. I got an email back inviting me to a group interview. They asked me why I want to work for Alaska Airlines and about some of my ethics regarding customer service. You need to make it obvious how much you want to work there and that you will treat their customers really well.
