I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Alaska USA
Interview
Terrible. Had to reschedule the interview because once the manager double booked so got pushed two weeks. Did a zoom call but not on zoom, on some weird lifesize video app. Both people were late a few minutes. Interview was average, about 45 minutes. The big thing is they never got back to me. First off, they had some old resume on file and somehow didn't have my new one I applied with. Second, never emailed me it was all via phone and to contact them back I had to call a branch and ask for the manager, no direct line. Last, they never got back to me with feedback. The way I'm assuming I didn't get the job is I've seen the job reposted on job boards. Very unprofessional and the worst way to try and hire people especially with no feedback, who does that? If someone gives you the time and effort to interview the least you could do is get back to them with feedback.
