The interview process was rather quick. I was asked to delineate my background ( career and educational) and how my attributes and skills transferred to the skills needed to successfully hold the position I was interviewing for. Additional questions pertained to the HRIS systems that I had previous experience with. The personnel manager and the HR director were the only two people that interviewed me as a group.
