Interview

I had one in person interview witch was not detailed at all. I met with the manager she was polite but she asked very few questions. I didn't get very much information on the job description either. I'm guessing her mind was made up before I got there.

Two interviews before I got an offer. Two people interviewed me. Mostly personality questions. One technical question asking me to draw a database diagram for a scenario they outlined. They were mostly concerned with how I would relate to their business units and how I would deal with conflict.
