The first round was the technical interview that went on for an hour. It was a one on one interview that took place over a zoom meeting. It was fairly technical and required a strong grasp of Industrial Engineering concepts.

Excellent interview process. Efficient process, clear expectations and timeline, extremely friendly interviewers. Met members of both the engineering team and warehouse team. Very great opportunity with a lot of flexibility and freedom in the role. Very data-centered and focused - they want to know the data details in your answers.

Went through multiple rounds of interviews - 1 recruiter 5 managers process took about 2 months to complete. Questions were about past experience and the basic why are you leaving your former company and why do you want to work for Albertsons with minimal technical questions.
