Casual, it was like a smooth two-way conversation. I felt comfortable talking to the people that were interviewing me. The company seemed like a great place to work for. I asked some great questions at the end.

Interview
I applied and received a called about 2-3 weeks later from HR department to schedule a 2 hour phone interview. The first hour I spoke with a manager of the department, the second with higher ranking manager. The first conversation was nice and light, basically describing the job and few questions about chemistry. Seemed very nonchalant. The second called was more serious and with pay discussions and heavier science probing . I was a little nervous so it affected my outcome, but overall good experience.
