Recruiter called me with one days notice to be interviewed for virtual contract manager position. His first question was whether I was overqualified for the position (attorney, litigation, 4 years experience). He basically gave me no time to talk or ask questions until he had gone through a template like ten question list that he "had to ask" all candidates. His responses to my answers were all super positive. I then got a chance to ask questions at the end. He did not appear to have much time. I at least got an email (not even a personal one) the next day stating that they were moving on to other candidates. At least the process was quick and there were no lead alongs...
