This takes a long time and is frustrating. Human Resources can improve the process. Interviews are often good but sometimes lack proper methodology. Needs lots of improvement in both hiring and interview process.

Interview

Very professional interview process. Had Lunch with one of the key decision making manger. Good Chemistry on the first day. Had additional phone conversation. I was brought in for the 2nd interview with panel of people and one on one interview. Sponsor walked me to the door and appeared pleased.
