HR team after shortlisting of the resume ,arranged the telephonic technical discussion and after the telephonic discussion ,i got call from HR saying i have to appear for the 2nd round of technical discussion and it was also scheduled ,but i did not get any call from them for 2nd round , i tried contacting them but no response from them .Why the hell they have waisted time of other if they don't track if properly .
