Alcatel-Lucent Software Development Engineer interview questions

I got a call from HR and was asked about the skill and expected salary. Then a 1:1 interview, which was started with explaining about my current project. And it went through around 45 min, where the interviewer where interested about the project. Then started with stack, pointers, memory allocation. In between some aptitude questions where asked. It totally went for 1 hour 45 mins. At the end he said HR will contact you. HR called after 2 weeks through phone and had a phone in interview, and was asked question like why change, whats the good thing u know about the company , from where u came to know, the most difficult task I done previously, challenging work, etc... ... Got offer letter after 1 month and asked to join within 2 months.
