Interview
I had to submit my application twice because they didn't respond the first time. I finally got an interview scheduled with their Talent Acquisition Specialist. I like to reach out to introduce myself and let people know I'm looking forward to the conversation, so I did. No response...Okay, fine. He was late to the interview and clearly reading questions off of a script. There was no personality or personal connection whatsoever or any kind of effort to make one. It seemed like he would have liked to be anywhere else but there on the interview with me. I reached out a couple of days later and received an email from a no-reply email address, not from the person I interviewed with, that they would not be moving me forward. Overall the interview experience here was uninspiring and unprofessional. Talent Acquisition team needs to do better. I don't know why anyone would want to work here when the person interviewing you doesn't even want to be there. "
