I submitted my application and one month later I heard back asking for an interview. When I arrived i was greeted by a very friendly office manager who showed me to the HR manager's office, I had a professional conversation with her about the salary, expectations, job requirements, etc., I was able to ask questions which made me feel very comfortable as well as up-front.
After meeting with the HR manager, I met with the Customer Service manger where i had a very relaxed and confident interview where I felt comfortable being very honest as well as personable. No stress what so ever, yet I knew that I was still in an interview.
Once I met with the Customer Service manager, I was told to create a survey using SurveyGizmo's software. i am not going to lie, without a technological background I found this process very difficult, yet I learned a lot from the experience. I gave myself three days with through testing before I sent in my final survey. They told me I could make this survey about whatever I wanted, so I created a survey about princesses, I love princesses.
I waited another three weeks before I got a call asking to come back for a group interview. In the group interview I came very prepared with a traveler full of coffee as well as a couple of pages of typed questions I had about the company.
The group interview was very professional as well as personality relieving. They are really testing to see what kind of person you are, what your interests are and how your thought process works. The interview turned into a very casual interaction that was very business based. I wasn't holding back with my personality or skill level.I felt happy and confident after the group interview.
I waited two more weeks before I got the final call about my new future with SurveyGizmo. They were very understanding about my vacation that I planned before hand, with my school scheduled, and my two weeks notice I needed to give before I could start.
