HR asked typical questions in regards to past research, my resume, availability during the span of the internship, willingness to relocate, why I wanted the position, salary expectations, and what I knew about the company. The scientist interview was a research summary and numerous situational questions. Ex: Describe the research you've participated in less than 5 mins. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What is your greatest accomplishment? Describe a time when you've given someone the benefit of the doubt. Describe a time when you had to confront someone and what the outcome was. There was time at the end to ask questions about the internship and company.
