I met a representative at our career fair and sent her my resume after applying to the internship online. I had a phone call with her to discuss my interests and she forwarded my resume along to the hiring managers. I then had a video interview with what later became my team.
Very friendly! Applied online and attended a recruiting event on campus in which I met a recruiter and spoke to her about my interest in the company. I had a phone interview within one month and was told I am moving on to a video interview that same day.
It was pretty simple. Just asked about your background knowledge as well as your project experiences. You need to make sure they can see your qualification from those experiences
