The hiring process was very professional, fast and smooth. Started with HR contacted me to schedule phone interview with the hiring manager and it was like the casual talk, he was explaining to me about job description, company culture and his team members, then asked me a couple of questions about my resume. The next week received an email from hiring manager invited me to on-site meeting . HR and team provided me a transportation and accommodation. On site interview with 2 panel interviews plus a plant tour, it was all STAR questions, pretty difficult but they made me felt relax and comfortable as I was nervous. 1 weeks after HR contacted me with an offer by phone.
