After submitting my application and a few emails, I received an email from Katie Johnson, Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant, MTO. The process for scheduling our phone conversation was easy, and we had a 30-minute chat about my experience, the opportunity and bit about what they were looking for. During our interview, she somehow managed to mention how the President is ruining our country, which I found to be incredibly inappropriate as a an interview topic to bring up. As a representative of the company, it gave me a poor perception of the company overall.
