Multiple rounds lasting almost 8 weeks. It was okay but my last interviewer didn’t show up. Had to reschedule and then got an immediate call that it had been offered to another candidate. Felt like I didn’t have a chance.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Alcon (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview process was organized quickly. I had two interviews. During the first interview, I spoke with the Director of the department that the promotional reviewer reports to. He was very nice, jovial, and laid back. He had a few practical questions for me and opened up the interview to my questions. The second interview was with a Director in a parallel department and he was also very open and easy to speak to.
