I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Alcon (Duluth, GA) in Jun 2023
Interview
First a phone interview/screening, second was a in person panel interview. Consisted of if situational questions, and aptitude testing. Never got a call or email after the second interview, very unprofessional in my opinion.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Alcon (Fort Worth, TX) in Jun 2013
Interview
Quick phone interview with manager. In-person consisted of HR, then a panel of 3 maintenance employees. We primarily discussed work habits & procedures related to communications/recordkeeping instead of technical "gotcha" questions. Next was the supervisor, who gave an excellent tour of the plant and the duties that would be performed on the job. Waiting for offer now & hoping.
