Interview
Met with 5 Alcon employees including my manager, potential co-workers, and HR representatives where I was asked to summarize my qualifications and answer job-specific questions. Questions ranged from behavioral to technical to general knowledge questions. For the internship, questions mostly focussed on ability to work independently and my prior experience that qualified me for the job. The interview took place over multiple days and the interviewers were very accommodating.
