They are sending a behavioral assessment before they make a selection I believe as it pasts more than 4 weeks they don't response. It is an unfair way for applicants for sure. They take your time and don't response at all. They even don't inform you with a way of questioning. So you would never know who to follow up. One of the worst experiences ever.
