The recruiter from Alfresco reached out to me and we had a first screening call. Here I need to stress that i was a true evaluation if the company requirements and my own goals were a match and not just a skill check. A few days after a phone interview with the hiring manager followed and an in person interview was scheduled with 4 people including the hiring manager and right after a spontaneous fifth person who was visiting the office. A few days after an in person interview with 2 representatives from other collaborating departments followed. After 2 more phone interviews with leadership an in person meeting with hiring manager followed and and offer was made one day after. Throughout all interviews I appreciated the transparency and openness of everyone. HR and the hiring manager were in constant communication and the process therefore was a wonderful experience.
