Applied online. Received notification that my application was viewed and under consideration. Then the recruiter reached out to set up a phone call. On the phone, she went over the team and role. She wanted to be sure that I understood the company's software, and was very kind about explaining it in more detail than I had previously understood. She gave me a very clear timeline of when I should expect to hear back. True to her word, she was in touch a few days later. When we spoke, she let me know that the salary was below what I asked and just wanted to be transparent about it. We had a great, amicable chat. I've never had such transparency and promptness in an HR process. This seems like a really great, well-run company with kind people. It's no wonder their Glassdoor reviews are so good. Even though things didn't work out with me working here, I will recommend to jobsearchers I know.
