1st int-with hiring manager 2nd int-scheduled for interview 2 days ago on 8pm. On the day itself (in the morning), TA just sent me an auto email mentioning interview has been cancelled without any reason. Email, text msg via phone (read & delivered), call her mobile whether any reschedule? No reply at all. Totally went ghosted. This is really unfair for me as a candidate, successfully make it to the next round, well prepared for next higher level interview, gave me a hope, now you can just disappear like that?? My time and energy to prepare for all these are expensive too!! Ghosted interview, no reschedule, no reason given, this type of company who want to work with their attitude like this? Workplace PUA!!
