      Customer Specialist Interview

      Nov 8, 2016
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Alight Analytics

      Interview

Screened with a phone interview followed by two separate in-person interviews. The company never provided feedback even after several follow-up calls, voicemails and emails. This is a growing company but does not currently have an HR department that coordinates and reaches back out to candidates.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Alight Analytics (Kansas City, MO) in Oct 2016

      Interview

I applied online in September of 2016 and was contacted through email by a member of their staff. We set up a phone interview for the following week. The phone interview took about thirty minutes and she asked typical interview questions, specifically about past experiences and why I would like to work at Alight. The following week, I received another email, stating they would like for me to come in for an interview. The in-person interview was with the woman I had the phone interview with and another manager and lasted about forty minutes. They discussed my resume, asked about specific instances, and my qualifications. Although the interview was fairly laid back, I was completely off-put by the other interviewer; he barely looked at me during the entire interview and gave short, vague answers when I asked about the company's future. It was clear that he did not want to conduct the interview, for whatever reason. After telling me that they would like to make their decision as soon as possible, I did not hear back from them for three weeks, even after sending a follow-up email.
