Alight Analytics is company that I had been following for a couple of years since their main product is something that i really wouldn't mind working on. I had applied for different positions within the last couple of years. When you apply to a position at Alight using a job board they greet you and send a PDF application that you fill out and send back to them. If they see you as a fit they set up an interview with you. They set up an interview for me with one of the VP's in the company. When he called me it was obvious by his tone that he didn't even want to be on the phone with me. The whole interview itself didn't even last ten minutes and it was me keeping the conversation open. He asked me only one technical question and about 2-3 other questions and then had me take over the conversation.
